We came tto Ontario only because our flight to Santa Barbara was diverted due to wearher. We didnt want to spend 10 hours in the terminall. We had hoped to be hhome and were disappointed to instead be stuck somewhere we didnt want to be, and had minimall expectattions of an airport hotel. But found it impossible to remain disagreeable with the friendly and accomadating staff, and we were surprised and delighted to discover that our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, the bed was exquisitely comfortable with soft high thread count sheets and ample pillows, ,The room had all the necessary amenities, coffeemaker, closet wuth wood hangers, iron and board, toiletries, hairddyer, and plenty of towels, a good size tv that included some pay channels, and th we room was soundproof. There was even a help yourself breakfast with cereals, fruit, yogurt , eggs and sausage and waffles.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. The reception area was clean, and the staff were super friendly and very welcoming. After receiving a welcome snack, I went to my very clean and spacious room. The bed was really comfortable and the soaps smell really nice. They even have little magnets on the bottom of the shower curtain to keep it in one spot. The whole place has a good sense of security, and I would definitely stay here again!

Young lady working at the desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy check-in. Got up to the room and first thing im checking for is the cleanliness of the room. Wiping everything down i found nothing on my wipes that was a good thing. I used the Spa tub in the room and same thing went to wipe it down and check for cleanliness everything was great. Quiet got nice sleep and rest.

Araceli the lead guest service lady was always friendly and helpful. There were a few others that were just as helpful and professional, I just didn't get their names. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and anything that I needed, was provided. All I had to do is ask. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located by a variety of stores, and restaurants. It's walking distance from Ontario Mills Mall, and it's near Victoria Gardens. The hotel was clean, I liked the parking garage. The parking is free, and it requires a key card to enter, so it's safer. Also the price was reasonable.
